I might be more inclined to purchase your expensive "artisan" bread were it wrapped and not at cough level. Today I witnessed a middle aged lady picking up various loaves then putting them back. Please review because the current display isn't exactly appetizing .

Handy place to stop for a healthy and good priced lunch. I don't know if it is allowed, but I went with a colleague and we purchased some salads and drinks from the supermarket and we eate them in the tables of food hall. The food hall bar has only sandwiches or similar with are not really my cup of tea so I will stop here only if I can have the food from the supermarket.

Would have been 5* but the food doesn't get rotated when fresh food is put out,quite a few items out of date or same day date on them

Always great food (as you would expect from M&S) and easily the best customer service. Dropped half a dozen eggs when I exited the shop and the helpful staff member on the door offered, ran inside and fetched a fresh box with no fuss, which they really didn't have to do. The little things do matter and are really appreciated. Also, all the staff deserve a thankyou for handling shopping during the pandemic as efficiently and professionally as possible.

We ordered the food for our wedding catering from M&S online and nipped in to this, our local store, the day before to check with the staff about delivery times (for a Sunday morning). They were kind and professional and said they would personally be handling the deliveries- wedding day came and everything to plan! Incredible food at a good price (tried to no avail for discount on our £500 spend) which more than comfortably fed 40. In store; very surprised at the reasonable prices, not a huge floorspace for choice. Nice coffee shop and also sells fresh flowers.
